"Plan Enough to be Flexible"

My Logline for Life

Christopher T. Lovett began his writing career composing monologues and object lessons. This led to a five year stint as the Drama Director for his church, working alongside the worship team crafting short skits.

His first screenplay, Ties That Bind, placed as a finalist in the 8th annual Kairos Prize for Spiritually Uplifting Screenplays and the Emerging Screenwriters top 100 in 2013 and solidified his passion for the Family and Faith-friendly genres.

Since then, Chris has written a TV drama pilot, an adaptation from a YA novel, three short films, and collaborated on a short story that won publication in an anthology. He is currently working with two writers on a novella box set and co-writing another TV pilot, on slate to film this fall.

Chris lives in the Texas Hill Country.
